Hi! I'm Kata,
Founder of Sleep Recovery Co.
I help individuals reclaim their lives by overcoming insomnia and persistent sleep challenges. After more than 20 years of lived experience recovering from chronic insomnia myself, I transitioned from a career in project management to help others restore healthy, consistent sleep.
I hold an Integrative Adult Sleep Coach Certification and am currently completing my Holistic Children & Teen Sleep Coaching training, expanding my expertise across the lifespan. I work with people from all walks of life to rebuild healthy sleep through sustainable habits, nervous system regulation, and practical lifestyle strategies — without relying on medication.
I believe sleep is a skill that can be learned, and that most adults are only a few simple tools away from achieving truly restorative rest. My mission is to help reverse Australia's growing sleep health crisis by working with individuals, schools, and workplaces to build healthier sleep cultures.
Beyond my coaching practice, I am a certified sound healing facilitator who hosts regular Sound Bath events across Sydney, weaving nervous system regulation and restorative practices into my holistic approach.
